It's a Girl

Well, we found out on wednesday that we are having a girl and her name is going to be Brooklyn Lydia Phillips!! We are both really happy! On christmas Brooklyn even got gifts from nana Phillips, 2 pairs of shoes and a gift card for target so I can get her whatever I want. I was really happy to not have to take back her dress I got from Baby's R Us. So, once nana knew what I was having she went to Baby's R Us and had a hay day with outfits, bedding, socks, and hats. Not gonna lie I can't complain, I love it! And her Aunt Amber bought her an outfit so we can come visit her next winter in cold Utah.... Brooklyn is going to be soooo spoiled!

Farmer Traditions Carry On....

So this year we spent christmas eve with clark's family but I just couldn't give up making gingerbread houses so us girls competed against the phillips boys, really only clark and his brother Cody. Our house is to the left and the boys is on the far right. We got alot more done than them as you can see but I will admit that their roof is nice looking, Almost better than ours. But nothing compairs to our raindeer and its poop!! Good job with that one Lizzie. Well, next year my family should have a competition, that should be interesting. Hope you enjoyed our fantastic ginger bread abilities.

I am expecting!!

Wahoo, so everyone knows that I am pregnant. I must say its weird and I am not even that far along. I must also admit that when I found out I was pregnant I got scared and nervous. But our excitement over rules the being scared. Clark wants a mini clark running around, I really don't care, although clark seems to think I have a preference for a mini kelsey. My first appointment is November 1st with ashley's dr, dr. Russell Beck. I will keep you informed on what it will be and when exactly is my due date.

Oh yeah, I bought clark this booked called the expecting father. its pretty good. It tells him what to expect while his wife is pregnant and tells him anything from baby growing info to of course my moods and desires. Did you know that the womens brain shrinks from 3% to 5% while she is pregnant? don't remind me while I am pregnant!!!

HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL!!

So I was inspired by my sister's blog about high school. I just want to let you all know that I really enjoyed and am still enjoying High School Musical 2!! My mother in law for my birthday got me the sound track and I had to lend it to my sister so she could put it in her ipod. It was really a wholesome show, never said it wasn't cheezzzzzzy but thats what makes it so great. I know my kids and my nieces (not so sure about the nephews) will like how I will watch and encourage a disney show. I could sit and watch that channel with taylor anyday. So when High School Musical 3 comes out, Wahoooo, lets have a party. I will bring the sound track, meagan can bring the magazines and ashley will provide the tv.

well, I just wanted to thank ashley for updating my blog for me and maybe write a few things while I am at it. Hmmm, whats new? well nothing much here, just chillin and enjoying our new place. Anywho, I wanted to thank Ashley for keeping my blog updated. Obviously she has more time on her hands than I do, just kidding. Love ya. okay well I gotta get ready for work, just wanted to let her know I am alive. Oh and congrats to marc and jen!! Thats exctting, only wishing you the best. what can I say, I LOVE my family!!!!

Why Must I Do It Myself?!

Since Kelsey won't write anything.... I guess I will! :) Last Tuesday Kelsey & Clark came over to our house. The boys were going to go hit softballs, but never ended up going. We (I mean, Clark) made dinner. It was breakfast for dinner and it was yummy! Some eggs, bacon, biscuits, pancakes... yum yum! After dinner Kelsey and I went to play Bunco. I'll let Kelsey tell you how she did... I had a lot of fun. It is always nice to be able to get a night out with other woman and get a break from the kids and play a fun game. Oh.. and Kelsey will also have to tell you about one of her comments to my friend... See Kels, there are things to write about! Anyway, Kelsey-- I don't know how-- got to pick the first prize, so she picked mine (which is what I wanted to take) and then I was next, so I picked hers and then we switched afterwards.. ha! All the other ladies were giving me a hard time about always taking my own gift... but maybe they don't get good enough ones! lol. After Bunco, we watched Tombstone which is one of my favorite shows.. Chad's too. It was fun and I am glad that we were able to spend some fun times with Clark & Kelsey. I don't have any pictures from that night, but I will post one of Kelsey with Taylor when she lived with us-- one of my favorites of both of them!

Marc Farmer Jr.

Last monday I started a new job with Americredit as a auto loan collector. Today we took our badge pictures and I want to share with you my experience... So there is this guy Phill in our training class who is always the one asking retarded questions and always repeats questions just answered, he is the laugh of the class well him and I went to security to get our badge. He went first. He turned to one side and tried to raise one eye brow, I was laughing. The security guard asked him to please face forward. He then turned to the other side and raised the same eyebrow. Again the security guard asked him to face forward. he faced forward but still raised his eyebrow, it was Hilarious!!! So then it was my turn, I get up debating what face I should make: smiling, straight, whatever. As the guard say one - two - then on three out of no where I raise my two lumbs up near my face and pulled a Marc Farmer Jr. face. It was great, I didn't even know I had it in me. My badge is the best one out there!! So Marc, thank you for teaching my your ways!! Everytime I look down at it I laugh hard, and everyone who sees it ends up with a better day. So whenever you are feeling sad or mad picture marc with a big grin and two lumbs up.......... this ones for you Marc
